MCU Board

The MCU board is the governing body of the union, whose members are elected by shareholders  to set strategy, oversee management, and protect the interests of shareholders and stakeholders.

The members of the board of a Milambo Co-operative Union are as follows;

Finance commitee

The role of the finance committee is primarily to provide short- and long-term financial oversight for the organization. Typical task areas for small and midsized groups include budgeting and financial planning, financial reporting, and the creation and monitoring of internal controls and accountability policies and practices.

Operations commitee

An operating committee reviews, oversees, and guides the overall operations of a union. The committee members develop insight into the business operations and suggest strategic directions for the company and business policy implementation.

Management team

A management team is a group of high-level associates hired by a union to take on essential responsibilities within the union. These individuals make up the highest levels of management within the union, the purpose of the management team is to successfully operate the union, as well as develop and execute a proper strategy for the future of the union. The team includes;
